Briefly – in the system, the user can create a query that can be not only plain text, but also complex, including various types of connections / relations of the research object with other entities.

An Augmented Predictive Intelligence Platform that answers investigative questions and uncovers new and meaningful data points and connections, so investigators thoroughly understand past criminal activity and can better anticipate future events.
Main Challenge
Having created a complex backend core engine for their system, the client needed to work through the user-facing part, creating and implementing new user flows to make it coherent and clear to different group of users.
