SevenPro fundamentals

Establishing the company. Our journey started in the small office in the heart of Kharkiv. We were the team of 3 dedicated professionals working hard on delivering top results for our first clients from the USA and Israel.

Ambitious plans for up to 25% expansion required Sales Department enforcement and planning numerous trips to conferences and business meet-ups. Unfortunately, the pandemic made its adjustments. Along with most of the world SevenPro promptly made a decision to switch to remote. By the end of the year, the company was successfully operating at full capacity. Moreover, despite the completely remote work model, we opened a new office in the city center.

The main course is taken for sustainable growth. The staff already consists 30+ specialists at the beginning of the year and new people are coming. This requires profound review of our processes to ensure we provide the most nurturing environment as claimed by our values.

Though the war hits Ukraine, along with our customers we continue to scale, help our people and economy. We opened new R&D hubs in major Ukrainian cities (Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv), equipped with high-speed Starlink connection and backed up by power generators. Working in war conditions, we haven’t lost any customer as well as retained all our team members. Moreover, new challenges made more capable than ever – managing various volunteering projects and initiatives became one of our new priorities led by desire to contribute to our victory.

Our past endeavours brought us to 60+ people in the team and 15+ dedicated clients. Thus it only urges us to look into the future with new ambitious plans as concentrating on full-cycle projects and gaining new domains expertise.
