This web app provided customer with features such as: creating company profiles and multiple branches; access rights management; create reports with the ability to customize widgets. The user-friendly design allows for easy navigation and customization of reports.

The client is one of the biggest water leak detection company in the UK for more than 15 years delivering professional, reliable and complex data mediation, analysis and audit solutions to some of the world’s most globally recognisable companies in many industry sectors. FIDO Tech was a finalist in the KPMG Private Enterprise Global Tech Innovator 2021 competition.
Main Challenge
The client has requested to develop and implement a new Portal, where users will be able to create and manage custom reports using data collected from their water leak detection devices. The main task was to create an interactive report builder, with the help of which portal users could create, configure and run reports using a set of various widgets in a very flexible way.
Solutions & Contributed features
We designed new reporting system, created portal’s UX and integrated the portal with an existing client’s data source. All widgets have unique settings and can be added to the report by simply dragging and dropping onto the workspace. Special attention was paid to displaying data on the “map” widget with support for drawing polygons and various “data series”. We used the client’s UI Kit to create new user-friendly interface witth the main emphasis was placed on minimalism and ease of navigation through the application.
